Its an essential oil with a sweet warm orangey kinda light lemon floral fresh smell which comes through with a nice warm spicey herb like nip at the end. Bergamot gives you that feeling of summer when its not to hot at the end of the day just sitting in your garden washing on the line sun-kissed face with sun cream smell still on your body with your well dried washing blowing in the breeze.
It's a great oil for the diffuser and works great as a sleep aid while also helping depression mood disorders and anxiety. It's an excellent choice oil to use in a stressful situation.
Bergamot can also reduce pain including loosen muscle pain and inflammation if used alongside a massage.

its an is an essential oil with a minty menthol smell that is great for improving focus and refreshing the mind and a sense of calm when inhaled. If you have tight muscles and joints its warming and antiseptics benefits for massage are amazing.
Or are the flys getting to you in the summer a few drops in a diffuser and a well ventilated home suddenly beomes insect repellant.
